The personal information being collected by Afficionados of the Nod in relation to you becoming An Afficionado, is to manage and enhance your membership through newsletters, launches, special offers, competitions and other promotions. It is also collected to assist us in improving our products and services. We will not be sharing this information with other companies.

Online Security

All orders and transactions through Afficionados of the Nod online store, are secured bysecure sockets layer (SSL), which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. SSL is the standard system used by all reputable e-commerce sites.  You can order and purchase online with full confidence knowing that Afficionados of the Nod have taken every possible measure to give you total security your online transactions

SSL locks (encrypts) all information passed from you to Afficionados of the Nod as you submit your details online. Whenyou finalise your online transaction, you will be taken to the secure pages so you may be able to enter your credit card details.

A secure icon will appear on your browser. For Netscape, this is a key icon; for Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer, a lock icon.  The page will encrypt your details before sending them to us, so you can be assured that your information is protected.
We have the utmost respect foryour privacy and security. Please view our privacy policy for further information about how we handle your details.

All prices appear in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST. If you are purchasing from another country, you will be charged in Australian dollars, and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your native currency on your statement. Please note, shipping prices outside of Australia will be charged dependent distance and delivery time, we will contact you regarding shipping to confirm the costs and times.

All orders require a 50% deposit and the balance is due on delivery.
Delivery times are between 2- 4 weeks.
While all attempts are made to keep delivery times to a minimum, due to our high standards and quality manufacturing process - delivery times will vary. You will be informed of all delivery times once your order has been processed and will be updated with any changes to that timeline. All cushions are supplied with inserts unless otherwise stated.

Whilst Afficionados of the Nod makes are efforts to ensure all details and pricing is correct, we suggest if you contact style@afficioandos.com.au to ensure all correct information.

In the event of a defect please contact headhoncho@afficionados.com.au to organise a return and to help make sure we can speed up the repair or replacement of the product.

Please note that as the fabrics and wallpapers are handprinted inconsitencies will occur - this is considered part of the and authenticty of the handmade process and as such is not considered a defect.

Afficionados of the Nod do NOT use a fabric protection chemical on our fabric or homewares. Due to the toxic nature of the chemicals in stain guards, we are reluctant to apply them to products where the fabric may come into close proximity to small children or those who are chemically sensitive. If you prefer to have fabric protection we can arrange for the fabric to be stain guarded before delivery - cost is dependent on item or fabric lengths.

Afficionados does not apply any credit card fees/surchages to any Trade or Retail purchases.
